Important Note: The DFR/DFC Comment and QIP PSR Preview periods are now closed. Formal inquiries and clarification questions related to QIP PSRs are no longer being accepted. Formalized comments for CMS for Dialysis Facility Compare and comments for state surveyors for the Dialysis Facility Reports are also no longer being accepted. General questions about DialysisReports.org and the Dialysis Facility Reports, however, may still be submitted by logging on to the Dialysis Reports secure website or using our public site web form.

New for the Quality Incentive Program
New preview performance score reports (PSRs) will be posted on July 15, 2012.  Facilities will be able to submit clarification questions and one formal inquiry regarding this report during the preview period (July 15 through August 15).
New for the Dialysis Facility Report
The 2012 Dialysis Facility Reports (DFRs) will be posted on Sunday, July 15, 2012.  Please note that the DFC preview has been moved from the DFR into your new DFC Report.  Also, the summaries reported in the 2011 Supplement to the DFR have been incorporated into the DFR. A supplemental report will not be produced.
New for the Dialysis Facility Compare
The new Dialysis Facility Compare (DFC) Report will be available on July 15, 2012.  This report provides you with advance notice of new and updated quality measures for your facility that will be reported on the DFC website in December 2012.   This report includes the DFC preview previously reported on Page 2 of the DFR.  Dialysis Facilities may submit comments for CMS between 7/15/12-8/15/12.
